Current Project Applications and Plans
In accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, which extends the Governor's March 12, 2020 "Order Suspending Certain Provision of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, s.20," until March 31, 2025, the Newbury Planning Board meetings are being conducted remotely via Zoom. Information on how to access the meetings is included on the Planning Board's agendas, which are posted no less than 48 hours before scheduled meetings. The meetings are recorded and are broadcast live through local access cable Channel 9 and at www.tnctv.org. Recordings of the Planning Board meetings can be found on the Newbury Access YouTube Channel.
