Filing Submittal Deadline:
This deadline exists to give the Inspectional Services Administration enough time to prepare legal advertisements. These ads are necessary to inform the public about various filings
it allows time for submitting requests to newspapers, ensuring they get published within the required time-frame.
Furthermore, it provides commissioners with the opportunity to thoroughly review plans and requests before making any decisions.
Supplemental Information Deadline:
This deadline ensures that both the agent (presumably the individual or entity submitting the request) and commission members have sufficient time to review any additional information.
Sometimes, deadlines are set earlier than usual due to holidays. In such cases, these adjusted deadlines are clearly highlighted in the schedule to avoid confusion and ensure timely submission of materials.
THESE DEADLINES ARE FIRM AND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
