The Town of Newbury invites you to apply for a first-time home-buyer lottery for two 3-bedroom homes at The Village at Cricket Lane. There will be an Information Session Meeting about the affordable housing lottery at the Newbury Select Board Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 12 Kent Way, Byfield MA at 6:00 pm on October 8th, 2025.
