Cricket Lane Information Session - Affordable Housing Program,

The Town of Newbury invites you to apply for a first-time home-buyer lottery at The Village at Cricket Lane.  There will be an Information Session Meeting about the lottery at the Newbury Select Board Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 12 Kent Way, Byfield MA at 6:00 pm on October 8th, 2025.

The lottery for affordable, deed-restricted homes is being conducted in two phases. Phase I offers the availability of two 3-bedrooms homes. In Phase II, three more 3-bedrooms and one 4-bedroom.

This new development of 24 single family homes is a condo community offering the best of both worlds, personal space with the ease of care that condo associations offer – such as snow removal, landscaping, irrigation & trash removal.

All homes are energy-efficient, all-electric homes complete with solar panels.
