Capital Planning Committee

The mission of the Capital Planning Committee is to establish a list of all town assets, identify deficiencies to help the town maintain all its assets at a level adequate to protect the town's capital investment and to minimize future maintenance and replacement costs, identify needs for new/updated critical facilities and recommendations establishing an annual capital budget based on the multi-year capital improvement plan.
