YWCA at Hillside Now Accepting Applications
YWCA Greater Newburyport is now accepting applications for affordable and subsidized single room occupancy units at the YWCA at Hillside in Newburyport, MA. A preference will be provided to homeless individuals, those requiring a wheelchair accessible unit and those requiring a sensory unit.
Single Room Occupancy units come with a private bathroom but share kitchen and common rooms with other tenants.
This project is designed to be environmentally sustainable. While utilities are included, tenants are expected to participate in programs that seek to minimize environmental impact, including energy conservation and recycling. This is a NON SMOKING project.

An informational meeting will be held outside on June 30, 2021 at 6:00 PM at 13 ½ Pond Street, Newburyport, MA 01950. (Rain Date July 1).

Units will be assigned to eligible applicants by lottery.
Applications must be received by Aug 16, 2021 @ 5:00 PM to participate in the lottery
