Newbury Town Library: Winter Hat & Mitten Drive begins Dec. 1st!

You can help local residents stay warm this winter! We took inspiration from our upcoming Winter StoryWalk book, The Mitten by Jan Brett, in creating this Winter Hat & Mitten Drive, and hope you will consider donating a new hat or pair of mittens/gloves when you visit this December. Your donations will be delivered to the Pettengill House at the start of the new year.

❆ WARM – New England weather appropriate
❆ UNLIMITED – Donate as many as you wish!
❆ Please, no used items for this drive

Please give donations to any of the Newbury Town Library staff, or drop them in our donations bin near the circulation desk. Our open hours at Tu/Th/F 9a-5p, W 11a-7p, and Sa 10a-2p (the holidays may affect our regular schedule - please check our website for the most updated information).
