The Town of Newbury is proactively following the guidelines and information on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) issued by Federal, State and local Health officials.  We encourage you to frequently check here; as these are active links that provide the most current ihis nformation.

As this situation evolves, we're working hard to minimize disruptions any disruptions.  Our service counters and public meeting areas are being given an added level of cleaning daily and have hand sanitizer available.  Employees have been instructed to stay home if they exhibit any signs of illness. 

We encourage you to limit your public interactions until this threat subsides and remind you that there are some convenient online payment options for you to process business with the Town.  Fire Department Burn Permits/Activation, Dog Licenses & Parking Permits, Boat & Motor Vehicle Excise Taxes, Personal Property/Real Estate Taxes, and Parking Tickets are all online payment options.  Building Permits may be submitted through the PermitLink on-line portal.  Waterway Permits are issued by the Harbormasters office; renewal notices have been emailed and contain a unique link for your vessels specific renewals.  If you have a new vessel or have questions, please direct them to harbormaster@newburypolice.com
