Newbury Housing Production Planning - Community Forum - Newbury Library
On Monday evening, January 29th, at 6:30pm at the Newbury Town Library, all residents of Newbury are invited to join staff from the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission and the Newbury planning department and Planning Board for a discussion on Newbury's update to the 5-year Housing Production Plan.
The January 29th community forum will be an opportunity for residents to learn more about Newbury’s housing needs. You can read more about this planning work on the town website here: Housing Production Plan Update.
Please join us for a discussion about strategies Newbury can take to achieve broader "housing choice" and more options for affordable housing in our community. Strategies include but are not limited to zoning amendments proposed for inclusion on the Warrant for Annual Town Meeting in April, 2024. Please join us to provide input and to learn how to get involved in this important work.
