Notice of Live Broadcast Disruption: 4.3.2024

During the Planning Board meeting scheduled for Virtual Live Broadcast on 4.3.2024 at 7:00 pm, the Media and IT team encountered an unexpected failure of hardware.  This technical issue could not be resolved in time for the meeting to be broadcast live as originally planned.

The Media team was able to get a full recording of the meeting, and due to the disruption to live broadcast services made a special effort to get the recording on the town YouTube Channel on an ASAP basis.  The recording is now available for view here.  It can also be reached by the recorded meetings link on the Planning Board page.

The IT team is working to restore normal functionality.  At this time, Select Board meetings are not expected to be impacted, however Zoom based live broadcast services may be unavailable.
