eDEP now supporting RDA filings!

The MA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has been working diligently to update the eDEP online filing system, and we are excited to announce that you can now use the system to submit your Requests for Determination of Applicability (RDA)! Previously, Notices of Intent (NOI) and Abbreviated Notices of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) were the only forms you could submit through this system. With RDA filings now available to be completed electronically, you can save time and save money on postage! Be sure to check out the eDEP submittal instructions for RDAs before starting the process, as this is only a submittal platform and the requirements for this form are a bit different that the requirements for others. 

Please remember that the Newbury Conservation Commission is STILL REQUIRING hard copy submittals of ALL NEW FILINGS! If you submit your application through the eDEP website, you MUST submit a hard copy to the Conservation Office on the same day.
