Vaccination Clinic on Saturday and Sunday (March 13 & 14)

Sign-up website:
https://vaccinesignup.mass.gov/#/

Newbury has partnered with 8 of our neighboring communities to form the Lower Merrimack Regional Collaborative and will be holding local vaccination clinics. This collaborative is releasing the following information.

The first clinic will be this weekend on Saturday and Sunday at Amesbury High School at 5 Highland Street.

The appointment link above for this weekend’s clinic will be updated Wednesday 3/10 at 8 AM and Noon. By sharing direct links on our website, we are giving Newbury residents the opportunity to access the appointments quickly before they are posted to the State’s website. These clinics are open to all Massachusetts residents, but we are able to reserve 25% of doses for residents of Lower Merrimack Valley Regional Collaborative communities.

For this weekend, our reserved doses are going to residents who are age 75 or older, and our Council on Aging is reaching out to schedule appointments. The Council on Aging is also trying to get an accurate count of residents who are homebound and unable to the get to the vaccination clinic. If you or a family member should be on that list, please contact them at 978-462-8114. Check the Town’s website often for new appointments and information regarding our vaccination clinics.

Any updates to this project will be posted on the Town’s website.

If you have any other questions regarding COVID-19 or the vaccine, please visit our website or call the Emergency Operations Center at 978-462-4440
