The filing submittal deadline is in place to allow the Inspectional Services Admin time to draft legal ads and send requests to the newspaper so that they can get posted in the appropriate time frame. The supplemental information deadline is in place to allow the Agent and Commission members adequate time to review new information. Some deadlines are set earlier due to holidays, these adjusted deadlines are highlighted in the schedule. THESE DEADLINES ARE FIRM AND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
