Certificate of Compliance
Information
The Certification as to Compliance is a form that your Contractor will have, and one that both you and the Contractor must certify collectively. One is provided below for your information, as well as availability to your Contractor. The Contractor and plumber must sign off on this form, as well as Newbury Conservation for Newbury Residents. The Town of Newbury Conservation Order of Conditions File Number is 050-594. At this time it is likely that the terms of the Wetland Order of Conditions have not been completely met, as in most cases re-vegetation must take place. Your contractor will be aware of the requirements.
